Demand Supply Planner
About the role
As our Supply & Demand Planner, you'll be at the heart of our mission to prevent plastic bottles from being made and disposed of in landfills around the world. This isn't a role where you clock in and follow the playbook. You'll be the kind of person who sees a gap and fills it, who builds the process before anyone asks, and who connects the dots between what's selling and what needs to be on the water. You bring equal parts analytical rigor and commercial instinct, and you're energized by the idea of making a real mark on a brand you actually believe in.
Supply Planning

- Maintain production trackers and relevant systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent) with up-to-date item, order, and delivery information
- Evaluate and communicate high-risk scenarios and potential supply disruptions
- Build strong vendor relationships and track performance against agreed standards
Demand Planning
- Own and maintain an accurate rolling 12-month demand forecast by SKU and account, minimizing forecast variability
- Prepare analysis and materials for S&OP Demand Review meetings, presenting and discussing reforecasts with key stakeholders
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to gather market insights and align demand forecasts with business strategy
- Support new product introductions by building demand forecasts and ensuring seamless integration into the supply chain
- Manage SKU number changes and develop exit and phase-out strategies in partnership with the brand team
- Identify fast and slow sellers and develop action plans in collaboration with the broader business
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting tools to communicate demand performance and key planning metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between Supply, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and E-commerce
- Partner with Demand Planning, Sales, and Customer Service teams to provide regular updates on delivery schedules and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with commercial demand
Process & Reporting
- Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs including inventory turns, order fill rate, and on-time delivery
- Provide timely, clear communication on production status and any updates that affect timing or supply
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a combined S&OP role — ideally within beauty, CPG, or a product-based consumer brand
- Demonstrated ability to manage both supply and demand planning functions independently
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to drive informed planning decisions
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with planning tools or ERP systems (SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar) is a plus
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you identify issues before they become problems and come with solutions
- A high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine enthusiasm for building structure where it doesn't yet exist
- Experience managing vendor relationships and driving accountability on production timeline
