About the role
The Supply Chain Demand Planner is accountable for developing demand forecasts using sales, marketing, inventory, and operational data to support supply chain planning and performance. This role researches market intelligence, analyzes demand trends, and provides data-driven insights that support forecasting accuracy and planning decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop demand forecasts using sales, marketing, inventory, and operational data to support production planning objectives and material availability.
- Research market intelligence, industry trends, and business data to maintain accurate and current demand forecasts.
- Analyze key sales indicators and product demand patterns to identify trends and support planning recommendations.
- Present forecast analyses, assumptions, and demand planning results to stakeholders to support planning activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast performance, and budget-related information to identify risks, variances, and planning opportunities.
- Coordinate planning activities across operations, purchasing, logistics, suppliers, and other business partners to support integrated planning processes.
- Monitor planning metrics and forecasting performance against established benchmarks to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Support execution of supply chain initiatives, promotional activities, product launches, and planning events through forecasting analysis and coordination.
- Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, or equivalent education and experience.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
- Experience utilizing ERP systems to support demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain planning (preferred).
Skills
- Experience with analyzing business, sales, or operational data to identify trends and support planning decisions.
- Ability to interpret information from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated attention to detail that contributes to accurate analyses, forecasts, and business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills that support collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and informed decision-making.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration to support planning, process improvement, and operational objectives.

Pay
The potential compensation range for this role is $43,500.00 - $56,500.00. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
