Supply Chain Coordinator - (Bend, OR)
About The Role
The company's logistics and delivery department is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to manage warehousing activities in the greater Bend, OR area. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure all deliveries are secure and comply with CrowdStrike standards
- Communicate internally and externally with TechOps
- Oversee cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas
- Pull consumables for each project/initiative
- Exercise basic inventory management practices
- Pull assets and consumables to support spare parts
- Prepare items for shipping and accept deliveries
- Examine hardware for damage or potential security risks
- Receive, unpack, and stage assets and components
- Packaging and shipment preparation of tested and integrated equipment
- Conduct training and ensure compliance with certifications
- Forklift operation
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years experience with warehouse operations
- Ability to work in a highly cooperative, collaborative, and dynamic team environment
- Customer-focused mindset, with demonstrated skill in managing expectations and providing proactive status updates
- Ability to use independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action to solve problems
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a methodical and disciplined manner
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work independently to meet deadlines
- Ability to switch directions at any given moment for urgent requests
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
