Position Summary
The Supply Administrator’s primary goal is to process supply orders and to communicate and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and process supply orders received from the customer via incoming calls, voicemail, online, email, and FMA (Automated reporting system).
- Research orders by checking the supply history, yield of toner, and the monthly usage.
- Track late or missing packages through FEDEX and create call tags when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer requests and needs.
- Process supply returns to maintain and correct inventory as needed.
- Continue educating the customers and sales representatives on toner needs and FMA.
- Process paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain internal and customer data via Excel spreadsheets.
- Work as a team to ensure all supply duties are completed by the end of the day.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge: This position requires 2-5 years of general administrative experience, with experience in customer service.
- Skills: Must be extremely accurate and detail oriented. Must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Abilities: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word are required. Must have ability to meet deadlines.
