Procurement Partners now includes both OnCare & Hybrent product lines, and we are the fastest-growing procure-to-pay software company in healthcare. If you have a passion for technology, enjoy providing value to customers, and are looking for a company that will help you develop your career, we want to talk to you! About the Role The Supplier Success Manager leads supplier success for Procurement Partners' current suppliers and strengthens the relationship between the company and its supplier partners. The role owns supplier relationships, grows supplier value and integrated spend, and serves as the escalation point when supplier issues affect customers. Working across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product, this role grows supplier value and pipeline and serves as a key supplier-facing member of the Customer Success team. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder with strong business acumen, the ability to communicate at the executive level, and the discipline to turn supplier relationships into measurable program outcomes. What You’ll Do Own the relationship with current suppliers, serving as their primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and executive liaison. Build multi-threaded relationships within supplier organizations to ensure continuity and durable partnership beyond a single contact. Lead business reviews with key suppliers, synthesizing performance insights and driving clear next-step commitments. Monitor supplier relationship health and identify risks, renegotiation needs, and growth opportunities, bringing them to the Commercial team, which owns negotiation of commercial terms. Identify opportunities to grow integrated spend across assigned suppliers, helping move non-integrated spend onto integrated connections that deliver more value for suppliers, buyers, and Procurement Partners. Serve as the value partner to suppliers, demonstrating the impact of their participation on the platform and building the case for deeper engagement. Identify monetization opportunities across integrations, connectivity, and program participation, and partner with the Commercial team to execute them. Support renewal and term discussions by providing relationship context and performance data to the Commercial team. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product to move supplier initiatives forward, sharing supplier and market feedback that informs messaging, pricing, packaging, and program decisions. Partner with CSMs on supplier-related customer conversations, including supporting business reviews for strategic accounts and helping CSMs lead spend-focused discussions. Track and report supplier success and program KPIs, including adoption, monetization, and escalation trends, and provide leadership with clear performance data and recommended actions. Serve as the escalation point when standard supplier support channels are not producing a resolution, engaging supplier contacts directly to resolve customer-impacting issues. Own supplier-facing communication for outages, release changes, and technical updates (such as IP address changes) through the Customer Success Platform (ChurnZero). Partner with the Support team on supplier escalations as needed; this role does not own day-to-day supplier support. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and supplier-facing, account management, or partnership experience. 3+ years of experience in account management or relationship management, ideally supplier- or vendor-facing, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment with accountability for executive-level relationships. Demonstrated experience owning senior supplier or partner relationships and supporting renewals and expansions. Proven track record of managing complex supplier situations and escalations with urgency, professionalism, and a focus on long-term partnership. Strong understanding of supplier and partner relationship management, supplier escalation management, and program strategy in a procure-to-pay or network environment. Working knowledge of supplier connectivity and monetization, including integrations, catalog participation, and order-to-invoice workflows. Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools; ability to use supplier health and program metrics to prioritize actions and communicate value to leadership. Relationship Depth and Executive Presence: builds trusted, multi-threaded relationships with supplier executives and communicates with clarity and credibility at all levels. Commercial Partnership: identifies renegotiation and growth opportunities and partners with the Commercial team, which owns negotiation, to improve program economics while strengthening the relationship. Cross-Functional Orchestration: aligns Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product around supplier commitments and drives execution without direct authority. Preferred: experience in healthcare SaaS, procure-to-pay technology, or healthcare supply chain; familiarity with the Hybrent or OnCare platforms; and experience using a Customer Success Platform such as ChurnZero, Gainsight, or Totango. AI Openness: comfort using AI-assisted tools to improve supplier health monitoring, business-review preparation, and communication, with a growth mindset toward technology that improves supplier outcomes at scale.
