Supplier Performance Manager

About the Opportunity:The Supplier Performance Manager role is responsible for enhancing supplier performance across the aerospace supply network. This position drives supplier recovery efforts, collaborates with internal teams and suppliers, and leads material and supplier strategies to support production and customer commitments. The role is critical for sustaining operational excellence and addressing supply chain risks. 3. Responsibilities:Develop and execute corrective action plans to recover supplier performanceMonitor supplier performance metrics and mitigate delivery risksCollaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align on goals and improve communicationLead supply chain efforts within Integrated Product Teams to support program executionMaintain procurement processes aligned with corporate and division standardsBuild commodity knowledge and procurement expertise within the organizationDrive systemic procurement and operational improvements using data and supply chain toolsCommunicate priorities that align with site and business objectives 4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain managementEligibility to work in the United States without corporate sponsorshipU.S. person status as defined by relevant export regulationsPreferred: Engineering or supply chain management degree, 5+ years procurement experience, 7+ years supply chain management experience, aerospace industry experience, leadership of multi-functional teams or projectsProficient in Excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables)Familiarity with ERP systems such as MFGPro, SAP, PowerBI, KinaxisKnowledge of production, manufacturing principles, and lean toolsStrong communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skillsWillingness to travel up to 75% 5.
