Supplier Software Service Quoting Specialist 1

Work closely with major supplier line(s) where software and service quote and order requirements are heavy, supporting Sales Teams by creating quotes and addressing order questions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales and Supplier(s) to prepare quotes for business partners
• Manage a queue of incoming Software and Service quotes and order questions
• Act as a focal point for software and service quoting for the assigned supplier line(s) within ScanSource
• Work closely with ScanSource Technical Teams to ensure that quotes are appropriately created
• Work with Sales teams to ensure all Supplier required information is collected to process orders seamlessly and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and responsiveness
• Multitask in a high-paced environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Proficiency in computer usage, the Internet, and the Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work within a cooperative team environment and perform assignments independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Prior sales or account management experience
• Salesforce.com experience
• Annuity or Recurring Revenue quoting experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time
• Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
• Ability to lift 20 pounds

Pay

Base salary range: $46,000. Total compensation: $51,000. Actual annual salary offered will be based on work experience, education, and skills/achievements.
