About the role

Kinetic Automation is pioneering effortless modern vehicle repair. Kinetic uses proprietary AI and autonomous robotics technology to automate vehicle maintenance and simplify repair administration for collision shops, dealerships, and insurance carriers. Kinetic’s service hubs and intake centers ensure accurate calibration, rapid turnaround, and predictable costs for the rapidly growing ADAS and EV ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead successful demonstrations, onboarding, and adoption of Kinetic software solutions with customers, and provide expert guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless integration and optimal usage.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their business objectives via Kinetic solutions.

  • Solution Implementation: Support the end-to-end implementation process for Kinetic software products and coordinate with internal teams and customers to deliver on time and within scope.

  • Customer Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements and ensure customer needs are met; collaborate with product development teams to prioritize and address customer-driven enhancements.

  • New Customer Identification: Research potential customers in the collision repair and ADAS calibration industry and develop outreach strategies to generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term brand ambassadors.

  • Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach; schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients; collaborate with the sales team to advance leads through the sales pipeline and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and new vehicle technology, and use this knowledge to serve our customers better and position Kinetic as a trusted industry leader.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and instill trust with clients across all organizational levels.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience in a customer success or sales development role, preferably in the automotive repair, collision, or ADAS calibration industries.

  • Strong understanding of automotive software products, including CCC & Mitchell.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying sales challenges and implementing solutions.

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot or prior CRM systems and customer support tools.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and participate in industry events.
