Supplier Performance Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Analyst – SQM Agent to drive supplier performance and enable long-term quality transformation. In this strategic role, you will focus on preventing issues before they occur by leveraging data, risk insights and strong supplier partnerships. You will act as a key driver of continuous improvement and supplier maturity across your portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Have strong experience in supplier quality, audits, or APQP
• Analyze quality data to anticipate risks and prevent issues
• Maintain a clear end-to-end view of supplier performance
• Lead structured supplier performance reviews
• Drive supplier improvement plans (QIP), RSA, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strengthen supplier capabilities and foster a proactive quality culture

Requirements

You have a minimum of ten (10) years experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Show solid knowledge of quality systems, audits, and performance management
• Be an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
• Be proactive and oriented toward continuous improvement and long-term impact
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
