Supplier Performance Agent
About the role
We are looking for a Quality Analyst – SQM Agent to drive supplier performance and enable long-term quality transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze quality data to anticipate risks and prevent issues
- Maintain a clear end-to-end view of supplier performance
- Lead structured supplier performance reviews
- Drive supplier improvement plans (QIP), RSA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strengthen supplier capabilities and foster a proactive quality culture
Requirements
You have a minimum of ten (10) years experience.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
You have strong experience in supplier quality, audits, or APQP.
You demonstrate a strong analytical and strategic mindset.
You have solid knowledge of quality systems, audits, and performance management.
You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
You are proactive and oriented toward continuous improvement and long-term impact.
