Supplier Development Program Lead (SDPL) (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier development KPIs to track performance and risk
• Represent supplier development in SBU staff meetings for strategic alignment
• Lead SBU tiered meetings for updates on supplier efforts
• Engage with Value Stream Leaders to align supplier strategy and resources
• Act as the focal point for supplier quality and delivery issues
• Support program planning to align supplier capacity with execution timelines
• Collaborate across functions to improve supplier performance

Qualifications

• University Degree with 10 years of experience or Advanced Degree with 7 years in a related field
• Understanding of Casting and/or Forging products and their processes
