Senior Supplier Development Lead (SDL) (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier recovery and containment actions in collaboration with Operations and Quality
• Conduct root cause analyses to resolve quality or delivery issues effectively
• Engage suppliers in development roadmaps and performance improvement plans
• Monitor supplier performance and assess compliance with KPIs
• Facilitate smooth supplier transitions and ensure minimal disruption during handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with cross-functional teams and strong communication skills
• Ability to implement continuous improvement processes using CORE principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and Excel
