SUPPLEMENTAL ONLY- CROSS COUNTRY ( HEAD COACH) (BOYS)

Location: Miramar High School, Miramar, FL

Temporary/Subs position, open until filled.

About the Role

Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions are available for high school athletic programs.

Responsibilities

• Impart knowledge of the sport to participants.
• Perform essential coaching duties as required by the position.

Requirements

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• For Head Coach: Valid Florida Educator Certificate or the ability to obtain an Athletic Coaching Certificate from the Florida Department of Education.
• Knowledge of the sport and ability to teach it effectively.
• Computer skills as required for the position.

Pay

Compensation follows the district’s new-hire teacher salary scale for Head Coaches and hourly rate for Classroom Monitors (Assistant Coaches).
