SUPPLEMENTAL ONLY- BOYS SOCCER (ASSISTANT COACH)
Position Goal
The Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions are available at Plantation High.
Essential Performance Responsibilities
- Develop and implement coaching strategies and practices aligned with the school's mission and values.
- Provide daily instruction and supervision to students in accordance with state and federal laws, including but not limited to Title IX.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the success of the team and the overall educational program.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
The Head Coach must have:
- A standard high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Florida Educator Certificate.
- Knowledge of the sport and the ability to impart this knowledge.
The Assistant Coach must have:
- A standard high school diploma or equivalent.
- A knowledge of the activity and the ability to impart this knowledge to participants.
- Computer skills as required for the position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Prior coaching experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements
Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift as needed to perform job duties.
Terms of Employment
This is a temporary/substitute position.

Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and manage time effectively.
Certifications
A valid Florida Educator Certificate is required for the Head Coach position.
