SUPPLEMENTAL ONLY- BOYS & GIRLS VOLLEYBALL (HEAD & ASSISTANT COACH)

POSITION GOAL

The Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing the team, developing training programs, and ensuring adherence to all rules and regulations.

ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement training programs for players.
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A standard high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Florida Educator Certificate or commitment to obtaining an Athletic Coaching Certificate from the Florida Department of Education.
• Knowledge of the sport and ability to teach it.

The Assistant Coach: Minimum Qualifications

• A standard high school diploma or equivalent.
• A knowledge of the activity and ability to teach it.
• Basic computer skills as required for the position.
