Position Goal
The Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions are available at Plantation High.
Essential Performance Responsibilities
- Develop and implement coaching strategies for the sport.
- Provide instruction and guidance to athletes.
- Maintain discipline and ensure safety in the practice and competition environment.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team performance.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Standard high school diploma or GED.
- Valid Florida Educator Certificate (required for Head Coach).
- Knowledge of the sport and ability to impart this knowledge.
- Computer skills as required for the position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience coaching the sport at the high school level.
- Previous administrative experience in athletics.
- Leadership experience in a team-based setting.
