About the role
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst SE & ALRE Group Operations Department, Mission Support Division, Asset Management/LogIT Branch of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Responsibilities
- Plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates.
- Set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- Provide advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
- Analyze, monitor, and reduce costs; forecast budgets.
- Provide information to higher-level management on future staffing, facility space, and equipment needs.
Pay
Minimum salary: $125,431
Maximum salary: $192,694
