About the role
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, LKE SE & ALRE Group Operations Department, Digital Engineering Division.
Responsibilities
- Plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates.
- Set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty and requirements of assignments, and employee capabilities.
- Identify ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed.
- Evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings.
- Provide advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
Pay
Minimum salary: $148,222. Maximum salary: $197,200.
