About the role
Provide strategic vision, leadership, and direction for Military Community Support Programs, aligning regional activities with national program goals and objectives.
Manage and direct a team of Regional Team Leads, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Oversee the implementation of programs and services across the assigned region, ensuring alignment with agency goals, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and collaboration with Military Services, community partners, and other key stakeholders within the region.
Establish regional performance metrics and targets, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Serve at a primary point of contact for budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
Participate in the development and implementation of national program policies, procedures, and guidelines.
