Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer interface and execution lead to ensure test, evaluation, and training events are executed safely and efficiently.
- Generate long-term staffing plans and workforce initiatives to continually improve the division's technical capabilities.
- Assess facility and infrastructure capabilities against projected customer demand signals to prepare for future requirements.
- Apply effective technical and business practices to automate and continuously improve customer products and services.
- Generate and present high-level briefings to senior leadership, stakeholders, and potential customers regarding organizational capabilities.
Pay
$146,632 – $197,200 per year.
