Program Analyst
Leidos has an opportunity for a Project Analyst in our INTEL Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). Our team specializes in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management.
About the role
This position is local to Crane, Indiana, with a hybrid schedule requiring 50% in-office and 50% remote work. The Project Analyst will oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones are met through ongoing stakeholder communication and schedule maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of project execution, focusing on deliverables and stakeholder needs.
- Develop Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs) for projects with team assistance.
- Create and execute spend plans and burn plans for stakeholders.
- Communicate with customers to identify and address gaps and requirements.
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Lead meetings and assign/coordinate team responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience).
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- 2+ years of experience leading projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables.

- Knowledge of DTIC contracts.

Pay
Pay Range: $52,000.00 - $94,000.00. The Leidos pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity may influence the final offer.
