About the role

This position involves performing engineering inspections, developing technical documentation, preparing analytical reports, making recommendations for sound economic engineering and architectural designs, reviewing and implementing directives and policies, and overseeing maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute engineering plans, designs, and specifications for facilities-related engineering projects/programs such as construction inspections, master planning, real estate and real property accountability, or space management.
• Utilize a broad range of engineering concepts, principles, and procedures to complete various engineering projects.
• Manage personnel in a supervisory or leader capacity.

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• A one year probation to assess supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
• The position is designated as "Emergency-Essential."

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with coursework in engineering sciences and techniques.
• Experience: At least one year of specialized experience which includes preparing and executing engineering plans, designs, and specifications for facilities-related engineering projects/programs, utilizing engineering concepts, principles, and procedures, and managing personnel in a supervisory or leader capacity.
