About the role

Performs the full range of personnel management functions to a limited number of subordinates.

Determines program goals and develops plans relative to grounds maintenance, service related contracts, and privatized utilities.

Serves as a Contract Officer Representative on various service contracts

Requirements

• Able to obtain and maintain U.S. issued driver license
• Able to obtain and maintain Childcare Investigation
• Initial Probationary period may be required
• Supervisory Probationary period may be required
• Appointment to this position is subject to a background investigation to determine your suitability for Federal employment.

Qualifications

• Basic Requirement: Degree in engineering or combination of education and experience
• Specialized Experience: Resolving engineering discrepancies, developing contract work performance statements, and developing affordable contracts requests to meet customer requests.
