Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Establish internal division policies and operating procedures and determine priorities.
- Lead the development of program requirements for all Air Systems Group workload.
- Develop plans and obtain funds for acquisition of facilities, test equipment, and software needed to more effectively conduct the Air Systems Integration Division work and to effect economies of operation.
- Be responsible for the staffing of all positions within the Air Systems Integration Division.
- Actively identify and pursue risk mitigation actions and secure organizational support as required.
