Supervisory General Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to execute cradle-to-grave management of the planning, design and construction of major facility and infrastructure projects.
• Manage 80+ projects currently in design or construction for a program valued over $1.8B.
• Set and adjust short/long-term priorities and track work to ensure smooth completion.
• Identify and implement changes in priorities as needed.
• Train and mentor employees on both work and administrative matters.
• Represent the Project Management branch with various installation and functional area organizations.
• Guide project execution for Military Construction projects with Army Corps of Engineers local leadership.
• Assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolve problems.

• May be Required to Travel
• May Be Required to Drive a Motor Vehicle
• Meet OPM Minimum Requirements for the 0801 Series
• ABET-Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Experience/Coursework

• Knowledge of Planning and Program Management
• Knowledge of Safety, Security, Personnel Management, and EEO Regulations
• Skills in Evaluating Scientific and Engineering Technologies
• Ability to Analyze, Plan, Organize, and Direct Work Operations
• Effective Communication Skills

2026 Salary Range: $89,508-$138,370 Yearly
