SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

Art & CreativeFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a Summary and Duties, Qualifications (Selective Placement Factor, Specialized experience, Additional qualification info, Experience, Education, Additional Information). We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. The posting does not mention Benefits, Pay, Schedule explicitly. It mentions relocation incentive maybe as benefit? It says "A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized dependent upon available command funding." That's a benefit? Could be considered benefit. Also mentions Department of the Navy provides competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and extensive professional development and training. That's generic but mentions benefits. However we should not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". The posting does not give specific benefit details besides relocation incentive and mention of comprehensive benefits. Might be okay to include a Benefits section with that info. Pay: not specified. Schedule: not specified. So we omit Pay and Schedule. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add a heading for title. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes lots of OPM links etc. Those are part of qualifications; we should keep them? They are references; they are substantive? They are additional qualification information links. We should keep them as part of Qualifications section maybe as

with links. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe from Summary), Responsibilities (Duties), Requirements (Qualifications), maybe Skills? Not explicit. Could combine Qualifications and Requirements. The instruction: Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (qualifications). Possibly Benefits (relocation incentive and comprehensive benefits). Skills maybe not explicit; we could omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we start with

    About the role

    then

    summary. Then

    Responsibilities

    then
    • each duty. Then

      Requirements

then maybe subheadings? But we only allowed h3 for section headings; we could still use

paragraphs inside. We need to include Selective Placement Factor (SPF) etc. Also specialized experience list. Also education requirements. Also additional qualification info links. Also experience (volunteer). Also additional information (relocation incentive, DoD Priority Placement Program, etc). Might be okay to put all under Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info; we must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the detailed lists exactly as given. We must not include boilerplate like "Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:" but we can keep the links as part of the text. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The posting includes some generic statements like "Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs..." that's substantive; keep. We also need to remove application instructions (like "During the application process you will have the ability to opt-in...") That's part of Additional Information maybe but it's about application process; instruction to opt-in is application instruction; we should remove that. Also "Federal annuitant information..." etc is boilerplate; remove. Also "PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL..." etc maybe keep? It's about hiring preferences; might be considered boilerplate but it's specific to the announcement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove sections that are clearly application instructions like opt-in, Federal annuitant information, PPP applicants, ICTAP Applicants, Military Spouse Preference applicants, etc. Those are application instructions/eligibility specifics. So we should remove them. We should keep the core: Summary, Duties, Qualifications (SPF, specialized experience, education, additional qualification links, experience definition), Additional Information (relocation incentive, DoD Priority Placement Program, maybe mention of competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, professional development). Also maybe the statement about "Department of the Navy provides competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and extensive professional development and training." That's a benefit statement; we can keep in Benefits section. Thus sections: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: includes SPF, specialized experience list, education requirements, additional qualification links, experience definition (paid/unpaid volunteer). Possibly also "Additional qualification information can be found from the following OPM website:" with links. - Benefits: relocation incentive, competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, professional development and training. We should not include Pay or Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. We need to be careful to not include any markdown code fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft. First, About the role:
