The United States Space Force (USSF) is seeking a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst to support Space Systems Command (SSC/SYD 84), specifically the NH-0501-03, GS-12/13 equivalent. Located in sunny Southern California, the position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of space technologies.

- Resolve problems and satisfy customer expectations
- Persuade others to accept recommendations and execute projects within established financial and time constraints
- Develop and maintain effective relationships and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements
- Use quantitative techniques and methods to develop, adapt, modify, and apply models to resolve problems or define alternative solutions
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance
- Safeguards classified or sensitive budget-related information and/or files
- May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis
- Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed “Unscheduled Telework”
- This position will close after 5 business days or 75 applications, whichever comes first
- Employee may be required to perform travel by military or commercial passenger aircraft in the performance of temporary duty assignments
- PCS / relocation funding is authorized
- This position is designated a NON-CRITICAL APDP position
- Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY): Approximately 15 days per year
- The employee must meet the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) requirements applicable to the duties of the position
- Employee must file an OGE-450, “Confidential Financial Disclosure Report,” within 30-days of assuming this position and by 31 October annually thereafter
