SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a number of separate but related programs that are staffed by civilian (both wage grade and general schedule) and military personnel.
• Establish technical and policy goals and set objectives to maintain and/or improve the Facilities Inspection Program at the PWDs.
• Oversee the multi-year effort for accurate and timely collection of inspection data in the field.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of metrics of the in-house facilities sustainment program.
• Explain the metrics and their implications to the Operations and PWD leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in industry practices associated with inspection certification programs, skilled trades, and/or other technical fields.
• Experience specialized inspection code compliance, references, instructions, and other policies.
