About the role

The Crocs Las Vegas Distribution Center (LVDC) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their team. This position works in coordination with other supervisors to maintain the continuity and success of the distribution center's operations.

Responsibilities

• Effectively work with other supervisors to meet daily productivity and service goals for the distribution center
• Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure inventory integrity as it is received and moves within the facility
• Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals and service standards
• Ensure performance best practices by monitoring safety and accident/incident reports to reduce lost time
• Supervise distribution center operations in a union-free environment, maintaining open communication and positive relationships with management and non-exempt associates
• Maintain open communication by setting clear objectives, providing timely and effective feedback to team members and other key stakeholders

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a warehouse environment or related field
• Prior experience in a distribution center environment
• Experience with transportation or logistics
• Experience with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
• Familiarity with warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures
• PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills
• Team player and able to work well with others
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong distribution background in a high volume, high growth environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. They should have 4+ years of experience in a warehouse environment or related field, with prior experience in a distribution center environment. Experience with transportation or logistics, as well as familiarity with warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures, are also required. PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are necessary, along with strong supervisory and managerial skills. The candidate should be organized with strong attention to detail, able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong distribution background in a high volume, high growth environment. Good verbal and written communication skills are also essential.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

The Operations Supervisor works the weekend shift, from Friday through Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
