Supervisor, Warehouse Operations
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro paragraph about Divergent (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "Purpose" section: "The Supervisor, Warehouse Operations is a critical leadership role...". That's description of role. Could be "About the role" or "Purpose". Use heading
About the role
maybe.
- Then "The Role" bullet list of duties: many responsibilities. We'll put under Responsibilities
with - each.
- Then "Basic Qualifications" list: bullet points. Use
Requirements
or Qualifications
. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have Requirements for basic qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications? Or maybe Skills for preferred? Let's map: Basic Qualifications -> Requirements. Preferred Qualifications -> Qualifications (or Skills). The posting also includes Work Environment (In office 5 days, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Must be able to work in areas that are loud). Could be under Requirements or maybe a separate section like Work Environment but not in list; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings; we could put under Requirements as prose.
- Pay Range: given. So we need a Pay section with the range.
- Benefits: "What We Offer:" paragraph describing benefits. So Benefits section.
- Schedule: Not explicitly given besides "In office 5 days". That's schedule? Could be schedule: In office 5 days (maybe also shift?). We'll include Schedule section with that.
- Also there is "Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls" under Basic Qualifications. That's a requirement.
- Also "Ability to lead and inspire large warehouse teams." etc.
- Also "Proficient using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)" etc.
- Also "Ability to develop and manage KPIs and metrics in support of supply effectiveness, time to replenish, kitting/picking completion rates, etc."
- Also "Experience and understanding of inventory management and production kitting processes"
- Also "Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently"
- Also "Ability to work in a fast-paced /cross functional environment"
- Also "Excellent communication and team-building skills"
- Preferred Qualifications list: Experience working in automotive, aerospace, or scale-up manufacturing environments; Operational expertise with WMS offerings (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, etc), and familiarity with MES environments (and fundamental understanding of integration requirements); Experience with JIRA/Confluence; Knowledge of MRP/ERP Systems (Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, etc.)
- Work Environment: In office 5 days; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Must be able to work in areas that are loud.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, etc. Also remove "Equal Employment Opportunity" etc. Also remove "From time to time you may be asked to work on special projects..." etc. Also remove "No agencies, no solicitations, and no calls please." Also remove "Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative..." etc.
Also remove "Purpose" heading? We'll incorporate into About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company description paragraph at start? It's about Divergent building new industrial age etc. That's substantive but not necessarily a heading. Could be placed in About the role section as prose.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

Pay
Pay Range: $109,960 USD - $151,200 USD
Schedule
In office 5 days.
We need to ensure we didn't duplicate "In office 5 days" both in Requirements and Schedule. It's okay but maybe we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicate info is okay if it's in original? It appears in Work Environment and also we used Schedule. It's not duplicate in original; original had "In office 5 days" under Work Environment. We placed it in Requirements as a bullet and also Schedule. That duplicates. Might be better to move it only to Schedule and not duplicate in Requirements. But we need to keep the requirement about lifting and loud environment. Those are also under Work Environment. We could keep those under Requirements and move schedule to Schedule only. Let's adjust: Requirements bullet list includes ability to lawfully access..., lead..., communicator..., proficient..., develop KPIs..., inventory mgmt..., organizational skills..., fast-paced..., communication..., ability to lift up to 50 lbs, must be able to work in areas that are loud. Then Schedule: In office 5 days. That avoids duplication.
Thus adjust Requirements list accordingly.
Now check we haven't missed any substantive info: The "Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls" is included. Good.
The "Ability to lead and inspire large warehouse teams." included.
"Strong, professional communicator who will work with multiple cross functional teams and personnel." included.
"Proficient using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)." included.
"Ability to develop and manage KPIs and metrics in support of supply effectiveness, time to replenish, kitting/picking completion rates, etc." included.
