What Your Day Will Look Like Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the UNITED policies and applicable lawsInterview, hire, and train associatesPlan, assign, and direct workAppraise performanceAddress complaints and resolve problemsBuilds positive associate moraleCoordinates all shipping/receiving along with transportationOversees all inventory control and product rotationManage Shipping/Receiving Department, Inventory, Repack, Gate, or Night LoadingMaintains responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units listed aboveMaintain a clean and orderly work environmentAccurately approve and maintain employee time approvalManage employee scheduling such as vacation, sick, and requested time offTrain employees on OSHA monthly trainingsPerforms appropriate duties as assigned by management What You Need To Succeed Minimum age 18 years oldValid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policyPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelinesAbility to maintain safety and security of Company assetsAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyStrong leadership and organizational skillsProven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associatesAssociate degree (A.
