Distribution Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

This role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of daily order fulfillment, while actively coaching and developing a team of 20–30 hourly associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within a fast-paced, regulated distribution environment
• Drive daily performance by managing staffing, workflow priorities, productivity, and service levels
• Coach, mentor, and motivate employees through ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development
• Solve operational challenges in real time, using data and problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet customer and business needs
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3-5 years in Supply Chain, Distribution or Operations
• Manufacturing or distribution environment experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, and performance metrics
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or GMP environments
• Familiarity with SAP, WMS platforms, and RF scanning technology
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification

$78,000.00 – $156,000.00
