Responsibilities
- Manages all warehouse functions, maintaining a cost effective, customer supportive level of materials
- Supervises department staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
- Ensures units are inventoried and material delivered from the warehouse to the hospital and throughout the hospital
- Utilizes multiple automated inventory management systems to evaluate reports, makes management decisions for adjusting stock levels in compliance with management objectives
- Maintains administrative responsibility for automated Point of Use System, and Materials Management System adding, deleting, maintaining adequate inventory levels
- Collaborates with Materials Management Manager and other key personnel to develop and carry-out training programs
- Maintains time and attendance records
- Participates in daily facility level huddles in manager's absence
- Requires use of material handling equipment, such as forklift, 26,000 GVW truck, van, etc. within the warehouse, and between the warehouse and metro hospitals
Qualifications
3 years experience in inventory management in a warehouse setting, 2 of which must be in a supervisory role. Valid Oklahoma drivers license and automobile insurance verification. 2 year Technical Degree preferred.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
