About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor at CableCom, you’ll control incoming and outgoing inventory, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain efficient inventory systems. You’ll build relationships with management, vendors, and customers while ensuring the secure storage and tracking of all materials.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and build working relationships with management, office and construction staff, vendors, and customers.
- Receive, inspect, store, and secure all supplies and materials upon delivery.
- Set up and maintain a stock issue and control system to track all materials used in construction.
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory storage.
- Assign and account for materials issued to work crews daily.
- Maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools, and job-required supplies.
- Conduct monthly physical inventories to account for all stored, received, and issued materials.
- Maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with customer tracking systems.
- Assist in managing, maintaining, and upkeeping fleet tools and equipment.
- Work assigned shifts, including daily overtime when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- Proficient with computer skills, including databases, Word, and Excel.
- Valid state driver’s license (not Provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
- Able to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a valid medical card.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
- Able to perform essential functions for the entire assigned shift.
Physical Abilities & Exposures
- Routinely: Standing (6–8 hours daily), Walking (6–8 hours daily), Climbing (1–2 hours daily), Bending/Twisting (3–4 hours daily), Pushing/Pulling (1–2 hours daily), Repetitive Motion (1–2 hours daily), Lifting & Carrying (50–60 lbs. regularly/daily).
- Occasionally: Lifting & Carrying (50–60 lbs. regularly/daily).

Pay
$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 annually.
