The Supervisor, Warehouse Operations is responsible for leading daily warehouse activities, including equipment pulling, staging, returns, inventory readiness, quality control, and facility organization. This role provides frontline leadership to warehouse team members while ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and exceptional service delivery to internal and external customers. This position will support our Alford Media team and is eligible to work an in-person schedule, requiring work in-office and/or show-site 5 days per week, based out of Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including equipment pulling, staging, returns, and inventory management.
- Provide coaching, direction, and support to full-time and part-time warehouse team members.
- Evaluate staffing requirements and allocate resources to meet operational demands and event schedules.
- Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness are maintained at all times.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure equipment meets company standards before deployment.
- Review upcoming event requirements and inventory availability to ensure successful execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, space utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
- Promote and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, communication, and customer service.
- Partner with Operations, Production, and Logistics teams to support business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of operations or warehouse experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership or people management experience.
- Experience working in environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Previous experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.
