The US Supervisor Warehouse position at Attindas is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are performing their tasks effectively and safely.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues and improve service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse automation systems and software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
