Supervisor Team Leader

About the role

Working in a Day Habilitation setting located in Corning, NY. Together as a team with the supervisors and staff in assigned group area(s) coordinates staffing to ensure quality services are provided, including training, scheduling, and service implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assigns mentor and monitors completion of training and paperwork
• Works cooperatively with Habilitation Coordinators, Care Coordinators, Activities Assistants, families and residences to assure person centered services are provided
• Maintains compliance of all pertinent regulations, policies and procedures and agency philosophy
• Educates and encourages each individual, staff, family member and/or other providers to achieve their fullest potential to the best of their ability by offering choice, respect and quality services
