About the Role
Lead Supervisor reporting to the Residential Director. This is a salaried, exempt, at-will position with benefits eligibility.
Schedule
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday swing shifts.
Responsibilities
- Train mentors and supervisors to be more efficient and to better connect with the students.
- Gain knowledge of program details, protocols, and routines.
- Conduct one-on-one trainings with each staff on shift at least once per shift.
- Teach and train mentors and supervisors to advance their skills.
- Supervise mentors and students.
- Generate and maintain emotional safety.
- Build relationships and foster teamwork.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation of staff logs, daily incident reports, communication logs, and as-needed documentation.
- Relay information about previous shifts to current shifts.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and document them in HQ (online company database).
- Read books from the Telos reading list.
- Complete certifications assigned, including but not limited to: first aid, CPR, food handler’s permit, tuberculosis test, restraint training, suicide prevention, infection control, and general/specialty competencies.
- Work with the residential director on administrative and special assignments.
- Attend treatment team meetings and all other required meetings/conferences regularly.
