Supervisor Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages execution of supply chain programs
• Captures and coordinates development and adherence to supply chain processes
• Coordinates workforce planning and career development for direct employees
• Designs and implements supply chain execution processes for expenditures
• Affirms quality assurance and logistics support
• Ensures company partners management, support, and communications
• Assists with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Some college or Associate’s degree in business and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement or logistics
• Prior Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, construction management, business, accounting/finance or engineering is preferred
• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates financial, project management, and negotiation skills
• Works closely and communicates effectively with the Supply Chain Manager, Business Managers, the procurement and inventory management team, Area Operations Managers, personnel at field locations, and internal and external customers
• Contributes to the further development of the supply chain organization; leads a team in charge of procurement and material coordination
• Provides guidance and direction to the procurement, inventory, and transportation staff in all Midstream areas
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable regulations, including leading change, interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work for direct reports
• Ensures best practices in supply chain are embedded into the organization to efficiently support delivery of services and products and the continued growth of the business
