Supervisor, Supply Chain

About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product strategies
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure product quality and compliance
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product development
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical development or related field
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English

Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
