Supervisor RN - Cardiovascular Imaging Support
About the role
Responsible for the clinical and operational skills of the Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Center Edmonds Campus and Cardiac Support Services.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and maintains systems that support operations and patient care while complying with Swedish Medical Centers overall policies.
- Assists with the implementation of clinical information systems, human resource policies, direct personnel management, establishing and enforcing standards of patient care in support of cost effective, high quality diagnostic non-invasive patient care.
- Provides direct patient care when needed and appropriate to license or credential.
- Requires strong triage and leadership skills.
- Must have strong organization and communication skills and ability to adapt to changing work demands and environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association
- Lead, Charge RN, or supervisory experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound with a specialty in adult echocardiography
- Non-invasive diagnostic cardiac testing (stress testing) experience
- Critical care, emergency, or telemetry experience

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
