What It Takes To Succeed
- A high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old
- At least 1 year proven leadership experience and a good understanding of labor and expense management
- Able to successfully complete provided CPR/AED training/certification
- Able to speak effectively in front of large groups of guests and team members
- Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced working environment
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to stand for long periods of time; able to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds; comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet, around water and able to walk in sand
- Able to assist in ride testing by riding all park rides
- Able to work varying shifts or hours, which may include days, evenings and nights
- 2 or more years leadership experience preferred
- 3 years guest service experience preferred
- Possession or pursuit of a bachelor’s degree preferred
- A valid state driver’s license with the ability to obtain a company driver’s license preferred
- Comfortable working at heights 150 feet preferred
Availability
- This is a seasonal role
- During the peak season, must have 5 days of unrestricted availability, to include the weekends
- You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- The Sesame Place season runs from March 2026 through Labor Day 2026, with onboarding and all required training to be completed prior to the start of the season
- Hours may fluctuate based on business need; may be scheduled up to 40 hours weekly
Compensation
Starting Base Pay: 19.50 USD Hourly
