Supervisor, Ride Operations (Seasonal, Sesame Place)

What It Takes To Succeed

• A high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old
• At least 1 year proven leadership experience and a good understanding of labor and expense management
• Able to successfully complete provided CPR/AED training/certification
• Able to speak effectively in front of large groups of guests and team members
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced working environment
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Able to stand for long periods of time; able to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds; comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet, around water and able to walk in sand
• Able to assist in ride testing by riding all park rides
• Able to work varying shifts or hours, which may include days, evenings and nights
• 2 or more years leadership experience preferred
• 3 years guest service experience preferred
• Possession or pursuit of a bachelor’s degree preferred
• A valid state driver’s license with the ability to obtain a company driver’s license preferred
• Comfortable working at heights 150 feet preferred

Availability

• This is a seasonal role
• During the peak season, must have 5 days of unrestricted availability, to include the weekends
• You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• The Sesame Place season runs from March 2026 through Labor Day 2026, with onboarding and all required training to be completed prior to the start of the season
• Hours may fluctuate based on business need; may be scheduled up to 40 hours weekly

Compensation

Starting Base Pay: 19.50 USD Hourly
