What You Get To Do
- Provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Lead team to deliver superior guest service.
- Open and close facilities in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide menu and park information to guests.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues.
- Ensure meal and rest periods are provided.
- Monitor stations to ensure food looks pleasing and is portioned correctly.
- Monitor food temperatures and take appropriate action.
- Supervise and train ambassadors.
- Authorize ambassador over-rings.
- Monitor food waste and educate ambassadors on waste procedures.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities, including training ambassadors, planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Represent the park with a positive attitude and high energy.
- Prepare and serve food for park guests.
- Clean facilities, operate kitchen equipment and cash registers, assist with training and supervision of ambassadors.
- Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations, and needs.
- Assist other locations and areas throughout the park as needed.
What It Takes To Succeed
- One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Successfully pass ServSafe exam prior to starting.
- Able to pass Alcohol training upon selection.
- Able to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers card.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop, crawl or kneel.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e., sunny, wet and/or humid conditions).
- Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English.
- Availability and Hours: Seasonal role running from March 2026 through Labor Day 2026. Must be available both Saturday & Sunday during the non-peak season and have 5 days of unrestricted availability, to include weekends during the peak season. Must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours vary based on business need; may be scheduled 0-40 hours weekly.
Compensation
Starting Base Pay: 17.50 USD per hour.
