Supervisor - Revenue Cycle

About the role

The Supervisor leads and manages teams supporting critical Revenue Cycle functions such as Denials Management, Billing and Follow-Up (Regulatory and Commercial), Accounts Receivable, and Cash Reconciliation. Responsibilities extend across multiple service lines and payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and specialty arrangements, for all Swedish acute ministries and associated clinics.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operational excellence across multiple service lines and payer types
• Manages teams supporting various Revenue Cycle functions
• Supports critical functions such as Denials Management, Billing and Follow-Up (Regulatory and Commercial), Accounts Receivable, and Cash Reconciliation
• Works with multiple service lines and payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and specialty arrangements
• Manages teams supporting critical Revenue Cycle functions across Swedish acute ministries and associated clinics

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Finance, Business, or Healthcare
• Equivalent education/experience in Finance, Business, or Healthcare
• 6 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Healthcare, Banking, or Finance, or Cash Applications or Billing or Denials or Follow-up in a Healthcare System or Large Financial Services Organization
• 4 years of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of Epic Healthcare Systems experience
