About the Role

This supervisor position will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Rehabilitation department at the Center of Aging. Responsibilities include managing patient access and scheduling, staffing, and financial oversight in conjunction with the director.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Rehabilitation department
• Coordinate patient access and scheduling
• Manage staffing and address personnel issues
• Oversee financial aspects of the department
• Manage a team of PTs, OTs, PTAs, COTAs, SLPs, aides, and schedule coordinators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Three years of experience as a practicing physical, occupational, or speech therapist
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and handle personnel problems
• Knowledge of all areas of rehabilitation
• Proficiency and competency as a practicing clinician

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical, occupational, or speech therapy in California
• Adult and pediatric BLS/CPR certification

Pay

$45.59 - $68.39 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by the candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
