About the role
Novant Health is seeking a Supervisor Radiology to join our REMARKABLE acute care team.
Responsibilities
- Manages resources and provides leadership and oversight to ensure smooth and coordinated daily flow and continuous improvement of core processes.
- Leads the professional growth and development of each team member through education, training, mentoring, and guidance.
- Spend 75% of time in the patient care area.
Requirements
- ARRT (R) certification and graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
- Prior acute care experience with 3 years of experience in Radiology
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred
- Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, required
- Minimum of three years of experience in radiology, required
- Minimum of two years of experience in supervision, preferred
- Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(R), required
- Applicable state licensure, required
