About the role

Novant Health is seeking a Supervisor Radiology to join our REMARKABLE acute care team.

Responsibilities

• Manages resources and provides leadership and oversight to ensure smooth and coordinated daily flow and continuous improvement of core processes.
• Leads the professional growth and development of each team member through education, training, mentoring, and guidance.
• Spend 75% of time in the patient care area.

Requirements

• ARRT (R) certification and graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Prior acute care experience with 3 years of experience in Radiology
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred
• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, required
• Minimum of three years of experience in radiology, required
• Minimum of two years of experience in supervision, preferred
• Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(R), required
• Applicable state licensure, required
