Full-time | Days | Monday-Friday, 4 days/week, 10 hour shifts (rotating days off). No holidays, no call, no weekends.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels to ensure appropriate 24/7 coverage across all areas of Diagnostic Imaging.
- Lead staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations; provide input on hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to promote efficient workflows, high-quality care, and optimal patient outcomes.
- Support quality control, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics; perform technologist duties as needed to maintain departmental operations.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels through quarterly audits, analyze usage against workload, and adjust inventory to ensure adequate supplies and cost-effective operations.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required:
- Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Nuclear Medicine credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
