Supervisor-Radiography Imaging Operations - YH Radiography - Day/Evening

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates completed work for quality and completeness.
• Implements and oversees new procedures and related protocols.
• Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses and statements.

Requirements

• Selects, trains/orients, assigns department staff, evaluates performance, and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
• Manages resources within budgetary guidelines.
• Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
• Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, inservice meetings, and workshops.
• Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Work Experience: 2 years relevant experience and supervisory experience.
• Licenses: Registered Technologist-Cardiac Interventional Radiology - ARRT upon hire; Registered Technologist-Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology - ARRT upon hire; Registered Technologist-Radiation Therapy - ARRT upon hire; Registered Technologist-Quality Management - ARRT upon hire; Registered Technologist-Radiography - ARRT upon hire; Registered Technologist-Vascular Interventional Radiology - ARRT upon hire.
