Maintenance Supervisor
About the role
When you join our team as Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key contributor to the maintenance of the mill equipment and will be responsible for the supervision of the maintenance crew while providing professional service and ensuring a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Promote a safe, high-performing work environment by leading safety practices, coaching safe work habits, and administering company policies.
- Lead and support the maintenance team through hiring, scheduling, training, performance coaching, and setting clear direction and expectations.
- Oversee maintenance execution and equipment reliability by ensuring quality work, monitoring mechanical and electrical performance, and driving continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage maintenance activities and projects using the CMMS to track work orders, parts, maintenance history, and project execution.
Requirements
- 5 years of heavy industry experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team
- Knowledge of wood products manufacturing
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail, calm under pressure, a team-focused mindset, and strong communication skills

Schedule
This role is a weekend shift where you will work Thursday through Sunday, and 12-hour shifts.
