Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance efforts for production equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Cook up equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Dive into root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve uptime and operational efficiency.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventories.
• Identify and address potential equipment failures before they impact production.
• Support infrastructure projects and ensure a safe, functional work environment.
• Cook up specialized repairs and contractor services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and support maintenance personnel.
• Cook up maintenance priorities with operations and production teams.
• Manage contractor relationships and oversee project execution.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across departments.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three (3) plus years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 per year.
